How long does the integration take?

Change one base URL in an OpenAI-compatible client, or install the Python or TypeScript SDK; the quickstart routes a first request in a few minutes.

Will this lock us into another vendor?

No. The router is Apache-2.0 open source, your provider keys stay yours, and the API is OpenAI-compatible, so leaving is a change of base URL.

What happens when a provider fails?

The router falls back to the next model your policy allows and records the fallback in the trace, so an outage costs a retry, not an incident.

WeRead Year in Review Video Template

Create a vertical HyperFrames composition for annual reading reports: WeRead, Goodreads, Readwise, Notion reading logs, book clubs, or personal learning recaps. The template turns reading time, active days, bookshelf assets, notes, keywords, and a reading persona into a shareable 9:16 video.

Workflow

Copy assets/template.html to index.html.
Replace the default report data in the REPORT object:
- owner/title
- reading hours and active days
- bookshelf and completion stats
- note composition
- interest keywords
- reading persona and share line
Preserve the 12-scene timeline unless the user asks for a shorter cut.
Keep the WeRead-inspired visual language:
- warm paper background
- ink-blue typography
- restrained WeRead green accents
- book pages, bookmarks, highlights, note cards, and shelf metaphors
Motion should feel like flipping through a reading journal. Avoid techy slide transitions, bouncy UI effects, and dashboard-loading motion.
Keep the composition deterministic:
- direct data-start, data-duration, and data-track-index attributes
- no unseeded randomness
- no infinite loops or repeat: -1
- no dependency on scroll, hover, localStorage, or runtime class discovery
Validate against references/checklist.md before emitting.

Install weread-year-in-review-video-template and it becomes one more candidate the router can pick - when it fits.

A listing is a routing target with a manifest: what it does, which domains it covers, what it costs and who publishes it. Once installed it sits beside your own models and tools, is scored like any other candidate for each request, and shows up in the trace when it wins. Ratings come from workspaces that installed it, one per account.
